5. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

5.2 Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases.

Accounts closed for non-violation reasons will have remaining balances returned after completion of any required verification procedures.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, hbb88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents; any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.2 Limitation of Liability

If the Dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. You and hbb88 agree to attempt to resolve any Dispute through good faith negotiation before pursuing litigation or arbitration.

8.3 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted in the competent courts of the Philippines. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
